1752 Release of two acres of garden ground Recites articles of agreement 16 January 1749 between George Dodington and Peter Brushell which referred to a report dated 1744 in a cause between Leonora Lannoy and James and Jane, Duke and Duchess of Athol, in which Peter Brushell was declared the best purchaser of nine acres of freehold garden;
1821 Lease for a year of land abutting on the Wharple now called Church Lane and on the common sewer, land formerly in the tenure of Peer Watts now of Mr Osbaldeston formerly in the occupation of Robert Rare then George Pering.
