Before visiting:
Check that we are open.
Please order archives at least one week in advance - by 5pm on a Tuesday for the following week.
Bring a pencil - we ask our customers to use pencils when taking notes.
a £1 coin for the locker - we ask our customer to place all bags in lockers.
Facilities
Hammersmith Library is fully accessible. There is a lift to the 1st floor Local Studies and Archives searchroom.
Refreshment facilities are available nearby on Shepherds Bush Road or Hammersmith Underground Station.
Free Wi-Fi and use of computers. You may plug in your laptop.
Microform reader/printers and a photocopier.
