Has previously written enclosing a letter from the notorious Joseph Ady. Action against him has not however prevented him from continuing, and the writer encloses another letter. Mr. Ady has also written to M Carvalho, the charge d' affaires at the Portuguese court.

Enclosed:

to
Baron de Torre de Moncorvo

Hears that complaint has been made to the Lord Mayor about the offer to inform, for a fee, of a sum of money due to the Queen of Portugal and about the use of the republican phrase "Queen of Portugal." Is 60 years old and does not know why the phrase is not proper. Recommends him to pay the fee for the information
