Part was sub let for whole of term to 'one Nelson' who underlet it again to 'Knight' for longer term than his own. At Christmas 1793 Moore allowed Knight to remain in possession; on being subsequently ordered to quit Knight refused and has sub-let to Armitage, who refuses to quit or pay rent
