Will send Sir William Bull her mother's typed manuscript, but it may not be of general interest. 'A smaller manuscript of her writing is the one the publishers want me to pay £70 for and is called A Month on the Mount of Olives'. Will send this to Sir William Bull also. Her brother and she are very indignant about the references to her father [Alexander Finn] and mother by Sir Edmund Hornby. Has written to the editor about it. The statements are 'absurdly false' in every respect. Her mother's plans for helping poor jews were carried out through public subscription and not by borrowing. Would like to see Sir William Bull to explain the details. It is 'too ludicrous' to suggest that he father was a 'weak official'
