Forwards list of names for establishing a Board of Health. Requests that the numbers may be increased as the poor are very numerous and the pauper settlements scattered and it has been found advantageous to have members who reside near each settlement. Names of parish officers, all of whom have cooperated fully with the Board, have been included in the absence of information whether they are ex officio members
