To Jeremiah Bullock (nephew):
[Middlesex], St Georges, Hanover Square: house in Bond Street (subject to payment of £8
per annum each to Mary Russell (niece) and Ann Cullie (niece) and £5 per annum to youngest daughter of his niece Morcing)
