Description | Original bundle of ten leases and counterparts including deed of surrender and deed of appointment relating to a piece of ground leading from lane formerly called Black Lion Lane, now called St Peter's Road, into St Peter's Square, endorsed with deed of surrender 1838 between William Lewen Tugwell Robins and George Scott; ground on east side of St Peter's Square on which were erected 15 carcases of houses; ground on the west side of St Peter's Square with the carcases of six houses erected thereon which when complete would number 27-32; ground on the west side of St Peter's Square with the eight houses erected, and the other five carcases of houses now being erected, to be numbered 24-36 (marginal diagram); messuage at the corner of Black Lion Lane; land adjoining St Peter's Terrace with the messuage, and messuages in St Peter's Terrace numbered 1-6, messuages in St Peter's Place numbered 7, 8, and 11, messuages numbered 9, 10, 12-18, 20-23, the public house called the Cross Keys in St Peter's Place, messuage in St Peter's Square numbered 1, and 11 messuages in St Peter's Square numbered 2-12; paper backed volume entitled "lease plans Saint Peter's Square etc June 1859".
