Premises: manor house called Pallensweek with buildings, barns, stables, pigeonhouse, outhouses, yards, orchards and gardens; three fields containing seven acres adjoining moat enclosing manor house on the south, west and north sides; walk set with elms or other trees on both sides extending from yard to king's highway leading from Brentford to London, containing one and a half acres with summer house on walk; all locks, bars, bolts and other materials fastened on manor house (except ten locks in dining room, withdrawing room, hall, parlour and chamber over) and buildings; gates, stiles, fences, floodgates belonging to moat and brook running on south side.
