Premises: two pieces of garden ground in Shortlands, Brook Shott, Hammersmith, in total five acres and one rood, being part of 86 acres three roods of garden ground leased to Sir Nicolas Crispe on 20 January 1642, to be held for lives of HRH Prince George of Wales, HRH Prince Frederick, Bishop of Osnaburgh, and John Slade, aged ten years, only son of John Slade of Hammersmith, esquire
Rent: 11 shillings plus two quarters and two bushels of wheat yearly. Conditions: John Slade appointed attorney of 1.
