Recites that on 9 March 2 Wm & Mary [1689/90], 1. and Frances Bedingfield of York, singlewoman, surrendered the Great House plus 2 acres in Hammersmith to the use of Edward Odell of Westminster, gentleman, in order to pay Odell money owed him. Odell subsequently assigned his interest in the property to James Morgan. Odell and his wife Anne now covenant to surrender it at Morgan's request to Margaret Rackett who wishes to purchase the copyhold
3. pays £100 to 2. and £200 to 1. in order to secure the absolute purchase of the copyhold
