Description | Declaration
Declaration by Benjamin Petre and Thomas Berington, both of London, gentlemen, that the Great House plus 2 acres in Hammersmith is held by Charles Boucher in trust for them during their lifetimes and then in trust for Richard Challoner and Francis Petre, both of London, gentlemen.
Recites that Boucher holds the property in trust following the surrender to him and Francis Loggin (since deceased) by Benjamin Muchall on 20 April 1726, but that they were only nominal trustees for Bonaventure Giffard of London, gentleman, since deceased.
