On behalf of Frances Bedingfield, 1. agrees to surrender to the Lord of the Manor the tenement called "The Great House" plus 2 acres in Hammersmith, occupied by 1. and widow Squire, in order to repay debt of £100 due to 2. and other debts listed on annexed schedule (to Henry Tirrey, Mr Sisson, Richard Crabbett, Jonas Morley, Mr George Lane and Mr George Lucian).
On dorse: names of witnesses (Elizabeth Clarke, John Wilkinson, Richard Williamson) and memorandum of 16 July 1691 that a further £36 8s. 6d had been borrowed from 2. using same property as security, signed by Frances Bedingfield, Cecily Cornwallis, Mary Saunders and Elizabeth Clarke |
