Surrender (on 29 March 1690) by Cecily Cornwallis of Hammersmith, Spinster, on behalf of Frances Bedingfield, Spinster, through the hands of Jonas Morley and Richard Rawson, of the messuage or tenement called "le Great House" in Hammersmith, abutting the King's Highway from London to Brentford to the south, "le Wharple" to the north, land of Mr Good and Henry Terrey to the west and the tenement and orchard called "le White Lyon" to the east
The premises are in separate occupation by Cecily Cornwallis and William Hunton, joiner
Surrender is to the use of Edward Odell (Jonas Morley acting as his attorney), who is subsequently admitted |
